  1. Vic,
Thank you for these nuggets of success wisdom. I am one of those who ask myself, “why don’t I do what I know to do?” Worse yet, I can more easily teach principles, than put them into action. I need a turn around and this helped. Thank you sir!

  2. Hi Vic and Lisa

This triangle should have been in the Think and Grow Rich book, but it isn’t.
This is both a good thing and a bad thing, Let me explain:
The good thing is that’s Napoleon Hills thoughts. His purpose was to give enough information to make Andrew Carnegie satisfied, and not so much as Andrew would cut of all connections with him. I belief that the task Andrew had put on Napoleon for several years was to lift a corner of the carpet to show what was the secret, but not so much as giving it all away.

Your triangle, Vic, is not giving it all away, but more like lifting the carpet a little bit more.
The bad thing about his book is (today) that people get information in a very different form today than in the 1930’ties. A person today use more visual kind of education, like video and television and is not used to reading to the same degree as earlier.
Today it is known more commonly that people do not take learning the same way, some have to read it, some draw it, some educate to learn it for themselves. Jim Rohn says educate 10 people and your hear it 10 ten times.

Combining video, triangle of power and Napoleon Hill is a phenomenally good idea, and I wish you and Lisa, all your staff and students all the good Desire, Faith and Action in the future.

  3. Awesome video – thanks for sharing it with me. Your ‘power triangle’ has a valuable message that hits home.

  4. it puts a physcial imagitive image on the intangible spiritual thought or idea!

  5. Tricking yourself to take action – great insight! Somebody once said nobody can feel down if they can get themselves to go for a jog. Sometimes you have to take the action first if you can’t find the desire and the faith.
    Thanks Vic – Great learnings!

    Thanks Vic – Great learnings!

  7. Thanks, Vic,

This is something I have intuited, known, used, and at times forgotten. Viewing it in reverse, as Action leading to Desire and then to Faith, however, is not something I have consciously done. It is extremely useful, and I thank you.

  8. Dear Vic,
I have been a ‘serious”student of TGR for the past 3 years-
EVERY time I get my desire to move to become a white hot Burning
desire _ I over achieve my goals

    Thanks ever so much

  9. The word faith is from the Hebrew which is two things first it is a statement of standing or being steadfast, not being removed and the other is action in doing that which has been asked. It is not a form or hope, desire or belief. Hope desire and belief are all mental exercises and faith is actually the commitment of action. If a person says they have faith but show no action there faith is void. The misunderstanding of faith is what keeps many in a cycle of commitment and failure re commitment and failure.

  10. Vic, you are so right….desire is so very important…and so many dont really know what they desire…so they just drift along, without giving their own life true depth. And….so many people are just emotional cowards…they are dishonest about what they really do want….so they hurt others by their lack of moving on to a better place for them.

I loved your presentation, and it made me miss you all very much.

Enjoy your day to the fullest.

  11. Vic,

Thank you for your simple, concise and yet powerful “Secret of the Triangle” video.

I really appreciate the the great value you offer on your website. I am enjoying reading my free copy of Think and Grow Rich. Now I can mark in it and take it with me, where before I only had a download of this amazing book.

You are a great example to us newbie internet marketers of how to provide great value and yet promote yourself the way an abundant thinker would.

Thank you for the TGR Seminar as well I love it!!

  12. I am very happy to learn of your great illustration to a very powerful concept of success principles. The triangle or pyramid secret is better appreciated with your clear explanation on its action requirement for anyone to succeed in goals and desires.

  13. I do love pryamids for many reasons, so your analogy was very effective for me. The lightbulb moment for me was deciding and taking the action. But I just had something that I co created for myself, and withought belief and the desire I would not have taken the action, but it is what keeps me motivated to do what I have to do to be able to take the action in January, so I understand how it works, thank you, and your right on that the action keeps the cycle going, how delightful, thanks, blessings of joyful bliss, Cindy

  14. This was great I have read Think and Grow Rich and am now on my 2nd reading. I am new in my straight commission selling position and have thus far not made much money but am studying and working hard and intend to continue. I look forward in the near future to being able to purchase your course

  15. This DFA Triangle is so Basic, yet so Bold! Thanks for keeping things so Simple Vic!

  16. I like the simplicity of the principle – very clear and understood. Thanks!

  17. Hi Vic!

Great prensentation! I am familiar with [ Napolean Hills – Think & Grow Rich ] byway of [ Success in ten Steps ] This method of training has changed my life! I am learning to [ Give ] in order to [ Receive ] ! Anyone with the [ Desire ,Faith; in themselves, and the “Motivation” to take Action will be successful in their field of choice.

Another point that comes to mind is, Communicating with people who “Think” positive enough to put their “Faith” &”Desires” into “Action”! I look forward to crossing paths with you again soon? Welcome to email. Thanks ahead and as always, God Bless You, family neighbors & friends! pw

  18. I just love this guy Vic Johnson. I’m going to have to take another look at the TGR seminar. You are an inspiration to everyone on this planet Vic. Keep up the Great work.

  19. hi,
thank you for triangle, it says in the bible, faith without work is
dead. so with desire must comes faith than next comes action- you are so right.

  20. Was the video meant to stop halfway?…….It went to about 5 minutes then NOTHING ???????thanks T

  21. thank you it goes along with the law Trinity. Everything in existence consists of three basic parts.

    past, present, future
    here, there, and inbetween.
    Father. Mother, child
    Desire, Faith, Action.
    Thought, believe, Action.

  22. it defies intuitive logic that action feeds desire yet makes perfect sense… you don’t feel like working out yet as you start to do it, you begin to feel like doing it and run a mile! I am going to just get in action knowing the desire is sure to follow. Thanks!

  23. Hi Vic,

The triangle piramid is a great ilustration of the reallity in the world to so many do not understand the power that can create.

    Great work

  24. Hey Vic,

This is very inspirational stuff, I’ve read Think and Grow Rich many times also and your absolutely right, this is exactly what Napoleon Hill says in the book. We have based our intire business on the principles of people like Napoleon Hill and Stephen Covey and John Maxwell. We would love the opportunity to talk to you about our Gold Die System. This system is a unique way to “Organize Our Thoughts.” We have put together an E-Book that we would love to partner with you on. Just to help the world to help themselve to become successful. This system has been on our hearts for quite some time and we finally put the book together. Now we want to take it public and begin to show people how to dig into that “White Hot Desire”, Faith, and Action. It is on the INSIDE of all of us, it’s just a matter of bringing it to life.

    Thank You so very much,

  25. Hi Vic!

Thanks so much for the video. It’s appreciated greatly!! This is what really stands out to me >>> Here we are, early into the 21st century… surrounded by so much incredible technology: cellphones, voicemail, websites, e-mail, Internet video, auto-responders, capture pages, social networking, twittering etc, etc. But, the principles that either hold us back or drive us to succeed… are exactly as they were many, many years ago. Advances in technology are great, and they surely help people in all aspects of commerce. But… the true success can only come to us, if and only if.. we harness that power within ourselves.

  26. Hi Vic,
You are correct – most of us know the steps – where so many of us lose our way is due to our modern society. Our society has become fast paced and, as a result, we expect everything to be fast. For examples; fast food, lightening speed internet, microwave meals, even the automobile has made us “need” instant results. And, when things take time, we stop believing – then we stop action – leading to lack of desire. Sometimes just knowing that our goal or dream will take time is enough to stop us from making it reality. So, how do we get past the need for speed? Thanks for all you do, Vic and you have made a difference in my life which is VERY much appreciated.

  27. What I got out of this presentation is that there is a feedback loop that causes a snowball effect once you get it in motion. The whole key is to get started-get it in motion! Thanks, Vic, for the great insight!

  28. Wow! I am somehow always drawn to goodies like this. I know I must do something great for this World. i just have to search further. This pyramid, no wonder they stand for so long, is so simple but its power and manifest are so great. Thank you for your kindness to share this with us.

    Stay blessed.

  29. Really great explanation of the DFA principle. It is so true, nothing can occur by inaction (except possible failure). It is thru our desire and faith that we obtain the focus to assure that our action leads to success. I really appreciated you keeping it so simple.
