		<description>Excellent article, Vic!  It sometimes takes reading or hearing something 10, 20, 100, or more times before it really hits home; the realization of when our minds are most open just did for me when I read this.

And it&#039;s not only the news that will do this to us... it can be our own brains.  Upon waking, so many bad seeds can be ready to sprout that we need to be vigilant about getting to those positive meditations before the stuff we don&#039;t want is allowed to take hold.

Thank you.  It *is* worth thinking about.</description>
