Hi there,
My name is Afraz Ahmad and I live in England, UK. In the next three-four months I will be taking my GCSE's which you need to pass if you want to get into college. At the moment I am having doubts about whether I will pass them. Will it increase my performance by 'expecting' to pass my GCSE's?

Please reply, thanks!

Hi Vic,
i agree with you on this one. I am a personal trainer in NYC.
All I can say that I agree with you. What you expect you will become.
Many people see them self as looser, expect bad things and they become looser.
Same is with fat loss. Many people are FAT in their mind, they think like a fat person, expect not to loose any pounds and they stay fat no matter how much chicken and broccoli they eat.
Everything begins in your mind.
